Terre

Taking a deep breath I inhale the scents of the earth as rain spills down my face, enriching me and the soil beneath my feet. Closing my eyes, receiving earths bounty...I feel tied to the land..listening to the rain my mind clear of thought-peace.

I understand

there is no need for me to speak,

where my heart would beat

there is no answer.

what it would say

holds no meaning.

As in this life, words

have no meaning.
